You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products or services implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions as set out below.

Item/s will be shipped within 1-2 days for processing once payment has been cleared.
We estimate that you will receive your item within 14 - 21 days after the shipping date (From HONGKONG POST).

Please contact us prior to purchasing for shipping upgrade.

For Holiday Period (eg: Christmas, Chinese New Year and etc), shipping will take more longer time to reach. sometimes it may drag till 30 days according to weather condition, holiday period or may be incurred due to increased security processing with international customs.
We cannot guarantee specific arrival dates or times; delays are always a possibility depending on your location, however we will try our best to ensure all deliveries will arrive on time.
So please be patient while awaiting your item's arrival.

International Buyers – Please Note:

* Purchase cannot be canceled after 3 hours of payment received.
* If you wish to ship to other address, please email me and mention it in your PayPal payment "note to seller" section.
* We do not mark item/s as "gifts" - It is illegal.

Please note that our items are printed to our color specifications and different batches may vary slightly in color. In addition, colors may not appear exactly as shown on your monitor due to monitor settings and dye processes. We endeavor to achieve consistency but please be aware that variations may happen.

If you receive a damaged/defective/incorrect item or an item that was listed incorrectly within 7 days of receipt, we will be glad to exchange your product or refund the purchase price if no replacement is available (shipping charges are non-refundable). You will need to provide your proof of evidence showing your unworn and unwashed damaged/defective/incorrect item. Take a digital photo of the damaged/defective/incorrect item and please email us immediately. So that we can verify and process your claim within 1-2 business days.

Please do not simply leave a neutral/negative feedback if you are having an issue with an item or if you feel you have not received a response; we request that you contact us via email with your concerns in order for us to assist you with any issue you are having to assure a satisfactory transaction for both the buyer and the seller. if you do not have time leaving us any feedback or for some reasons within 30 days, we will gladly leave Positive Feedback for you as this concludes a successful transaction. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
